The new BA (Hons) Film Business and Screen Entrepreneurship from ScreenSpace is a distinctive new undergraduate course designed to inspire the next generation of producers, business managers and content developers within the fast-growing and constantly innovative creative industries sector.

Much like our first undergraduate course, BA (Hons) Film Business and Screen Entrepreneurship will work in partnership with industry to teach students to develop their business skills and knowledge across a range of areas within the screen and film industries and build their entrepreneurial mission, to launch successful careers.

New-BA-Film-Business-Screen-Entrepreneurship_ScreenSpace-partnership_MetFilm-SchoolThe course will challenge you to embrace current narrative and production techniques for screen and television as well as emerging trends and to learn key business skills which you will then use to develop high-level business plans and strategies.

You’ll learn to navigate the modern media environment; film and media content production and delivery; financing and funding; data and analytics; legal and accounting principles; marketing strategy, exploitation and distribution. You will also hone skills to help progress in your own business career – presentation, networking, pitching and creative entrepreneurship.

ScreenSpace is a unique partnership between MetFilm School and the University of West London, set up to bridge the gap between industry and education and where industry practices are embedded in the learning process from day one.

Since its launch in 2018, ScreenSpace has been at the forefront of modern screen education, working with some incredibly inspiring professionals from the film and television industries and with students creating work which sheds light on current social issues.
